A special meeting of the Carrollton Exempted Village School District Board of Education is set for Jan. 28 at 5 p.m. in the Fine Art Room at the high school.

The board plans to pass a resolution to place a levy on the May primary election ballot and discuss a lease for the Willis school property located at 8156 Salineville Rd., Mechanicstown.
