Minerva 58, Indian Creek 42
The Lady Lions tied a school record for wins in a season with their district championship win over Indian Creek last Tuesday night at Tri-Valley High School in Dresden.

The win improved the Lions to 21-2 for the year.

Minerva was to begin regional play Tuesday against West Holmes at Dresden.

Junior center Chelsie Butler dominated the game for the Lions as she scored 29 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked four shots.
