The Bell-Herron Middle School girls track team scored a 62-52 win over visiting Alliance last Wednesday evening.
Finishing in first place were Taylor Lowdermilk in the 100 hurdles, Taylor Shaw in the 400-meter run, the 1,600-meter relay team of Lindsay Schandel, Shaw, Jessica Rogers and Mackenna Leslie, Sarah Bullard in the discus.
Placing second were Stephanie Kelly in the 1,600, Taylor Bennett in the 400, Miranda Brown in the 200-meter sprint, Cass Stack in the shot put, Katelyn Hildebrande in the discus and Leslie in the long jump.
Placing third were Schandel in the 100-meter sprint, Kylie Barto in the 100 hurdles, Addie Davis in the shot, Stack in the discus and Stephanie Host in the long jump.
Last Thursday, the Warriors took part in the Don Wright Invitational at Claymont where they placed eighth overall.
The 1,600-meter relay team of Schandel, Leslie, Rogers and Shaw placed third for the Warriors.
Placing fourth were Schandel in the 100, Shaw in the 400 and 1,600 and the 400-meter relay team of Brown, Schandel, Rebecca Grunder and Lowdermilk.
Placing sixth were Lowdermilk in the 100 hurdles and the 1,600-meter relay team of Schandel, Leslie, Rogers and Shaw. |
