The Carrollton boys and girls bowling teams improved to 8-3 for the year with their win over Sandy Valley last Tuesday night at Carroll Lanes.
For the boys, Hunter Lumley rolled games of 221 and 221 for a 442 series to lead the Warriors to a 2,587-2,338 win over the Cardinals.
Dustin Shreve was close behind as he rolled games of 193 and 245 to finish with a 438. He was followed by Andrew Whaley with games of 214 and 171 for a 385, Ryan Liptak with games of 187 and 181 for a 368 and Dallas Bright with games of 158 and 189 for a 347.
The Cardinals won the Baker by the score of 632-607.
Cody Dailey led the Cardinals with a 387. He was followed by Adam Jacoby with a 350, Nate Hayhurst a 344, Luke Nicholson a 315, Sam Carnahan 155 and Alex Miller a 155.
In the girls match, Haley Tinlin had games of 177 and 158 for a 335 to lead Carrollton to a 2,107-1,562 win over the Cardinals.
Destinee Stidom rolled games of 170 and 148 for a 318.
Also scoring for the Warriors were Karah Power with a 140, Patty Kruprzak with a 158, Tori Bright with a 138, Lexi Sheets with a 138, Courtney Maurer with a 141 and Jacque Kennedy with a 143.
Amy Mutigli led the Cardinals with a 278, Courtney Riter added a 267, Katie Farber a 241, Jessica Cole a 183 and Chelsea Frase a 159.
Carrollton won the Baker by the score of 596-434.
The Warriors were to host Canton Heritage Christian Tuesday and end their regular season Wednesday on the road at GlenOak. |
