Carrollton JV gridders narrowly fall to Marlington in 22-19 game

FPS staff report

The Carrollton junior varsity football team fell to visiting Marlington 22-19 last Saturday morning at Community Field.

Pat Mallette led the Warriors with 165 yards passing, including a touchdown strike to Ryan Spahr. Mallette rushed for as additional 50 yards and a touchdown.

Caleb Pasiuk led the Warrior receivers with 110 yards and Brody Robinson led all Warrior rushers with 90 yards on the ground.

Defensively, Connor Kean led the Warriors with 12 tackles, three for loss and forced two fumbles. Bryce Mohn added six tackles.

The Warriors will play Saturday morning at Louisville.
