The Carrollton girls bowling team bounced back from the opening week to win a pair of matches last week.
They opened with a 2,059-1,900 win over Timken at Eastbury Lanes.
Brandie Jo Tinlin led the Warriors with games of 203 and 179 for a 382. She was followed by Courtney Maurer with games of 179 and 182 for a 361, Danielle Brammer rolled games of 125 and 134 for a 259, Brittany Rohr had games of 147 and 79 for a 226, Destinee Stidom rolled a 124 and Maddie Ray a 119.
Carrollton won the Baker, 588-506.
Last Tuesday at Carroll Lanes, Maurer rolled games of 202 and 174 for a 376 to lead the Warriors to a 2,121-1,579 win over Alliance. Stidom followed with games of 177 and 181 for a 358.
Tinlin had games of 172 and 165 for a 337, Brammer had games of 138 and 197 for a 335 and Rohr games of 158 and 87 for a 245.
In the Baker, Carrollton won by the score of 470-418.
The Lady Warriors were to host Lake Tuesday and travel to Hall of Fame Lanes for a match with Canton South.
Next Tuesday, they will host North Canton Hoover. |
