The Carrollton High School cross country program will hold a 5K run in Dellroy July 30 beginning at 9 a.m.

Cost is $15 if pre-registered and $20 the day of the race.

T-shirts are guaranteed for pre-registered runners.

Registration will be held at the Dellroy Community Hall beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Registration forms can be picked up from Sandy Patterson at the Village of Carrollton Municipal Building or by visiting www.tvcrun.com.

All proceeds benefit the Carrollton Cross Country program.
