Warrior cross country 5K run fundraiser slated for July 21

FPS staff report

The Carrollton High School cross country team will hold its annual 5K run fundraiser Saturday, July 21 in Dellroy.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Dellroy Community building. Cost is $15 if pre-registered by July 14 and $20 the day of the race. Each pre-registered runner will receive a t-shirt.

The race will begin at the Al-Bi Winery, 29 North Smith St. and proceed along St. Rt. 542 along the lake, past the Atwood Marina East and back to town, ending at the winery.

Awards will be given to the top three males and top three females overall.

Age groups are 19 and under, 20-25, 26-31, 32-37, 38-43, 44-49 and 50 plus.

Parking is available at the Dellroy Community Hall and the Dellroy Elementary School.
