Sherrodsville 5th, 6th graders stage first “Wax Museum”

FPS staff report

Fifth and sixth grade students in Mrs. Charlene Holloway’s social studies classes at Sherrodsville elementary school presented their first “Wax Museum” March 3 at the school.

Each of the 36 students represented a memorable individual who has lived or is still living who contributed to the fields of music, science, sports, politics, writing, explorers, inventors, famous women or some other significant role in history.

Green, Hutson are B-H Students of Month

FPS staff report

Erin Green and Kennie Hutson have been named Students of the Month for February at Bell-Herron Middle School, where both are 8th grade students.

Daughter of Kerry and Denise Green of 727 Courtview Dr., Carrollton, Erin is a cheerleader, member of the spring musical and is a solo and ensemble music contest participant.

Her community activities include ballet dancing, playing the piano, bass and drums in church and serving as a children’s church teacher... Full story
