“Light Up the Night” CHS prom theme

FPS staff report

Carrollton High School’s annual Junior-Senior prom will be held this Saturday evening (April 25), beginning with a promenade through the high school gym from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The prom will be held at the Executive Event Center in Canton from 8 to 12 p.m. with the theme being “Light Up the Night”. The 2009 CHS prom queen will be crowned at 10 p.m. by this year’s Junior class Prince A. J. Dalton, son of Aaron J. Dalton Sr. and Claudia and Jerry Williamson of 568 12th St. NW, Carrollton, and the king will be crowned by this year’s Junior class Princess Tailer Williams, daughter of Sherry Morvatz and Steve Williams of 3300 Ivory Rd., Carrollton. Both were chosen by popular vote of the junior class.

Members of this year’s prom court, chosen by popular vote of the senior class, are Katie DeNoon, daughter of Fred DeNoon and Barbara Oaks of 4226 Mayham Rd., Carrollton.

Brittany Moyer, daughter of Walt and Lisa Moyer of 5019 Raven Rd. SE, Carrollton.

Kaitlin Peterson, daughter of Lanny and Kendra Peterson of 9020 Apollo Rd., Kensington.

Holly Noel Richards, daughter of Mike and Tonda Dare of 527 Garfield Ave. NW, Carrollton.

Laken Underwood, daughter of Fred and Darla Underwood of 9160 Andora Rd, East Rochester.

Chase Cooper, son of Don and Theresa Cooper of 2214 Arrow Rd., Carrollton.

Richard Fairclough, son of Dan and Lynn Fairclough of 1365 Meadowbrook Lane, Carrollton.

Ronnie Hepner, son of Ron and Bridget Hepner of 82 2nd St. NE, Carrollton.

Jon Michel, son of Tom and Dee Dee Michel of 3093 Jewel Rd. NW, Carrollton.

Bernie Lee McHenry, son of Bernard and Janice McHenry of 3130 Jasmine Rd., Carrollton.
