Seventeen new teachers and an elementary principal have joined the faculty of the Carrollton Exempted Village School District for the 2010-11 school year. They are shown in the photo being welcomed by two administrators at a New Teacher Orientation held Aug. 18 in the Carrollton High School Fine Arts Multi-Purpose room.
