To the Editor:
The Carroll County Volunteer Fire Department Inc. held its annual spaghetti dinner April 27. It was a great success. The weather was beautiful and we had a good turnout, serving over 250 people in four hours.

We greatly appreciate all who came out and supported us. We would also like to thank several volunteers and local businesses that donated their time and resources, including Samantha Bond, Bill Rutledge, Toby and Shannon Davis, Bob and Lynn Bond, Georgette Huff, Doyle Hawk, commissioner candidate, Kim Keyser, Sherry Casper, Elaine Painting, the Ladies Retail Merchants, Democratic Women's Association, Thorne's Marketplace, Betty Kaye Bakery, Heartland Hill Restaurant, McDonald's, ODOT, Carroll County Vet's Club, The Free Press Standard and the wives and girlfriends of the members.
