To the Editor:
I can’t thank the Carroll County community enough for the participation in the Carroll Hills School blood drive held May 1. It was a great success! We were able to collect 33 units of blood for the LifeShare program. In all, between two blood drives this school year, we collected over 75 units of blood.

In return, Carroll Hills will receive a grant of $1,500 for the playground fund. What a great feeling to help so many people. Carroll Hills will host another blood drive in the fall for our 2008-09 school year.
