To the Editor:
We extend our thanks to all those who helped to make the 2011 Carroll County Fair auctions a success. A huge thank you to the bidders and buyers for supporting our county’s youth with your generous purchases! Thank you to the auctioneers and ring men who volunteered their time and talent including Wayne Falb, Geno Kiko, Bill Newell, Mike Schmuck, Billy Birney, Mike Lozier, Don Lozier and E. Leroy VanHorne.

Thanks to the following businesses and organizations for their donation to our Buyer’s Appreciation Dinners: Thorne’s Marketplace, Tractor Supply Company, Farm Credit Services, Kishman’s IGA and Gas ‘n Go, Brown Frame 4-H Club, New Horizons 4-H Club, The Beef Club and Carrollton FFA.

Thanks to the following for donating food: Dan Trbovich family, Nate Teeters family, Walt Johnson family, Don Pontones family, Larry Evans family, Larry Moore family, Larry Weaver family, Rance Cramer family, John Borland family and Jill Borland.
