To the Editor:
I don’t know who specifically is in charge of the youth activities at Carrollton schools or if it is a team effort, but I would like to say I am very impressed by the services some of the young people are doing for the elderly and disabled residents of the county.

The unique and well thought out ideas are very much appreciated. It is this kind of positive behavior that needs to be recognized and rewarded with words of praise.
