To the Editor:
I have always said the Right to Work Laws are easy ways to get rid of people who hold the jobs because the person in charge can get rid of anyone they don’t like and replace them with someone they like whether he or she is qualified for the job or not.

Another way to get rid of employees is to put them in a very dangerous job. That’s basically when the coal miners formed a union originally; to improve working conditions. Sure they asked for more money, but that was not the real reason. Right to work would throw all of that away.
