Letters to the Editor

To the Editor:
On behalf of the Carroll County Jr. Fair Facilities Committee, we would like to thank everyone in the community who came out and supported our successful fundraiser night at Ponderosa Feb. 8. We would like to thank Ponderosa for sponsoring the event.

The committee raffled off two gift baskets, which were won by the Dave Rohr family and the Dave Wilson family. The baskets were made possible by donations from Don’s Custom Meats, Albi Winery, Ulman’s Bakery, John and Elizabeth Neider, Ashton’s 5 & 10 Cent Store, Ran and Jen Cramer and Movie Gallery. Their generous donations are greatly appreciated.

We look forward to seeing all Jr. Fair supporters April 11 from 11-2 p.m. at our spring rigatoni dinner. The dinner will be held in the former Catholic eat stand. You can enjoy the beauty of Carroll County by participating in the Drive-It-Yourself Tour afterwards.

Vera Fox and Wes Frew
Co-chairs
Carroll County Jr. Fair Facilities Improvement Committee
