To the Editor:
We would like to thank the probation department and Judge Olivito for an outstanding job of collecting restitution for property that was stolen from BW Auto Wrecking and Sales.

Your dedication and prevalence on this matter is surely appreciated. Carroll County is very fortunate to have such a great working force. Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others.
