Letters to the Editor

To the Editor:
To the general public and animal lovers: We, of the Carroll County Animal Protection League, wish to thank you for your support and generosity while we were having a “Membership Drive” at Dollar General Market on Canton Rd., Carrollton, March 28.

We thank you so much for all your purchases of dog and cat items, raffle tickets, emergency pet signs, and for your generous donations and for signing up and joining our organization. We had a great day!

The winner of the raffle ticket sales was Doug Reckner from East Liverpool. Doug won $50.50. Thanks, Doug, and everyone else who bought tickets.

We thank our volunteers for working their shifts and their continued enthusiasm! All proceeds go into our Land/Shelter fund. We are not affiliated with any other animal organizations in the county or state, or out-of-state, but solely an animal organization trying to purchase land and build an animal shelter in Carroll County.

We also want to thank Dollar General Market for allowing us to have this event at their fine store. We appreciate your community outreach and support.

On behalf of the Carroll County Animal Protection League, thanks everyone!

“Dream It, Believe It, Achieve It”

Eileen Rohrer
President
Carroll County Animal Protection League
