To the Editor:
Once again the Lord provided a great day as Mt. Pleasant held its 7th annual wheel show  May 21. The weather was beautiful, sunny and clear. There were 55 entries consisting of cars, trucks, tractors, projects, pullers, bicycles and more. All enjoyed a good time.

My sincere appreciation to all who supported, helped, donated and participated. A special thank you to Dave Campbell for coordinating the event. A big round of applause to Nancy Weyand, food coordinator; and Marlyn Warner, pie coordinator; and the women of the church who provided and helped with the food stand. Thanks also to the parking crew of Jerry Rinehart and Jim and Matt Butler, and to Carla Rinehart for handling the registration. We also thank John Weyand, Steve Rinehart, Mike Kidd, Randall Moore and Dick Shepherd for all their help.

Our faithful donors and sponsors were very generous once again. Thanks to the following: Carroll County Historical Society, Huntington Bank, Pizza Hut, Auto Zone, Jimmy’s BBQ, Subway, Consumers National Bank, Farmer’s Exchange, Carson’s NAPA, Heartland Hill Restaurant, Matco Tools (Hunter Snyder), Advance Auto, Radio Shack, Ace Hardware, Jobes Pharmacy, Welsh Horn, Gionino’s Pizza, Rinkes Insurance, McDonald’s, Thorne’s, Ullman’s Bakery, Guess Motors, Rick McNinch Auto Repair, Fox Auto, Carroll Electric, Discount Drug Mart, Ponderosa, NAPA Distribution Center, Deluxe Auto Body, Bob and Carol Walter, Allstate Insurance (Tom Turnipseed) Pine Hill Auto, Bud’s Toys, YMCA, Aultman Carrolton and Scot Spears NAPA.
