To the Editor:
Carroll County Special Olympics would like to thank the following groups for their assistance at the first annual Carrollton Invitational Track meet held April 30: Carrollton Civic Club, Carrollton Masons, Thorne’s IGA, Dellroy Market, Carrollton JROTC, Carrollton High School track team, Timberlake Design, Mark Spears and all the parents and individuals who volunteered their time.

We would also like to thank Supt. Palmer Fogler for the use of the football facility. We greatly appreciate all that was done for us. We would also like to acknowledge anyone else who donated or volunteered their time, but is not mentioned above.

The day was beautiful and a real success. Thanks to all. We couldn’t have done it without you.
