To the Editor:
I am writing today to share my support for an investment in the future of our community and I ask readers to join me in voting yes for Brown Local Schools.
As the Malvern community is faced with the opportunity to see state tax dollars return to the area in the form of new building construction, residents have the choice to grasp that opportunity, invest themselves and see the impact new schools can have. It is absolutely a smart investment. As we watch change and growth happening throughout the county at remarkable rates, it is important to recognize there is tremendous growth yet to happen. As the economy grows, it is a chance for our school to grow. Investing now means Brown Local is a district of choice in the area.

My three children are having wonderful experiences as students. The smaller size of the district portrays the feeling of a community involved in their childhoods. Passage of this bond issue means keeping that feeling, the quality of education, and enhancing it with updated technology, more comfortable and safer learning environments and an atmosphere more conducive to helping students feel ready to compete outside those walls upon graduation. It also instills a sense of pride in the school and community.

Join me in showing our children and neighboring communities we are invested in our future and that education is a priority in Malvern. Please vote yes for Brown Local Schools May 7.
