The Carroll County Humane Society would like to thank everyone who attended our spaghetti dinner April 9.

We would like to send a special thanks to Wood’s Grocery for supplying the bread, Dorothy Moore for the desserts, Marilyn Brackin for the drinks and Leona Christman, Helen Nelson and Fred Hamilton for cleaning up. We would not have succeeded without your help.

Proceeds from this event will help support our spay/neuter program. In 2007, we assisted with almost 500 spay or neuters and so far this year we are up to 132 with our discount coupon. Also, we have done more than 1,500 cats through our barn cat program.

Carroll County residents can get a coupon for assistance by being a Carroll County resident and sending a long, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Carroll County Humane Society, 1132 Kensington Rd., Carrollton, OH 44615. This process takes about a week, so be sure to allow enough time.
We hope to see you this fall at the chicken barbecue.
