To the Editor:
On Aug. 26, New Life Christian Church of Waynesburg held a block party. All proceeds went to Cross Eyed Missions, a non-profit charity providing eye care in the mission field. The communities came together in a big way! One thousand dollars was raised to benefit the Mission. We wish to thank all of our sponsors for their generosity- Buckeye Fuel and Food Mart, Chris Baum Trucking, Baum Insurance, Waynesburg Grill, Wendell Ford, Rocky’s Marathon, Alan Dale Fornash, West End Pizza, Chris Fallot, Miday Trucking and many un-named individual supporters. Thanks to all!
