To the Editor:
About three weeks ago there was a general election. There are signs erected at entrances to Carroll County stating Carroll County’s largest employers are the people involved in agriculture.
So I ask the following questions: Why was the Extension levy voted down? Why did it pass in the Carrollton precincts and get voted down in the townships?
It’s just like the school levies; it must be a disease that causes it.
