To the Editor:
Well, guess what? Another year went by and I took the tabs to Akron Children’s Hospital again Oct. 19. We had 236 pounds of tabs this year, which is 11 pounds more than last year. We had several new people who called me and said they saved tabs for us as well as our faithful ones. Thanks to all of you who saved them. We really appreciate all of you taking the time to take the tabs off the cans and I know the kids appreciate it also.

I can’t name all the people who saved them because not everyone put their name in with the tabs, but we have people from all around Carrollton who save them for us. They also come from Tappan Lake, Dellroy, Sherrodsville and lots of other small towns as well. Every tab counts so whether it’s a little or a lot, they all count. Thank you so much dear friends. Once again you all came through for the kids!

Carrollton, OH
