To the Editor:
Marine Week was held this past week in Cleveland. What a show for the Marines! Thank you to Cleveland for hosting the event!

If there is one government entity that is still working, it is the Marine Corp and our military. Dave Barry and I are both Marines and we were both in awe at the new high tech Marine Corp. The Marines were the same as they have always been, but the high tech equipment was unbelievable. The communication gear, aircraft and assault gear was amazing for us to see. We are so blessed to be protected by the Marines and other branches of our Armed Forces.

The Marine Corp band was great and instilled a sense of patriotism and pride in all who listened. All the Marines we talked to were very professional and mindful of their mission for this country.
