To the Editor:
The Carrollton High School bowling team has come to an end of another successful season. The boys are once again American Conference Champs and the girls finished a strong second. Congratulations ladies, we knew you had it in you!

Now that the season is over, it is time to send out a bunch of thank you’s. We would first like to thank everyone who bought a raffle ticket for our fundraiser. We especially want to thank our parents for all your efforts, you’re the best.

Vera and I would also like to thank Charlie and Stan Tinlin for your help in coaching this year. You really helped make our jobs easier.

Last, but certainly not least, we want to thank the people who help us out the most: Doug Hutchison and John DeFord, owners of Carroll Lanes. We couldn’t do this without you.  Also this year, a big thanks to Charlie and Stan Tinlin for the extra practices at Atwood Lanes. I hope the public realizes what you are giving up to help this program be successful.

Once again, thanks to everyone. We are looking forward to next season.
