Catherine Mary (Csuti) Russell

Catherine Mary (Csuti) Russell, 91, of Carroll Healthcare Center in Carrollton passed away March 19, 2008, in Aultman Hospital.

Born Feb. 2, 1917, in Akron, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Anna K. (Lovro) Csuti.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Carrollton.  She was a foster parent at the villa at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Carrollton.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph (Betty) Russell of Carrollton and Robert (Sandy) Russell of Sherrodsville; two daughters, Freda Davenport of Malvern and Jean Kiedrowicz of Carrollton; two brothers, Joseph Csuti of Canton and Frank (Barbara) Csuti of Cumberland, WI.; two sisters, Anne (James) Spence of Mantua and Rose (Lloyd) Snyder of Rice Lake, WI.; a sister-in-law, Jean Csuti of Waynesburg; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Russell whom she married June 1, 1935, and who died Feb. 3, 1990; two brothers, Steve and Peter Csuti; a sister, Veronica Gwynn; and infant brother and infant sister; a son-in-law, Frank Davenport and cousin, Raymond V. Burke.
