Zoe J. Bonnell

Zoe J. Bonnell, 78, of Scio died April 25, 2008, in Carroll Healthcare Center in Carrollton from complications of scleroderma.

Born April 3, 1930 in Conotton, she was a daughter of the late Cecil Eric and Cora Bessie Franklin Anguish.

She worked various jobs over her lifetime first for the Scio Pottery for 38 years where she worked on the dipping machine and sprayed nappies, Scio Roller Rink for over 40 years where she was floor manager, and McDonalds in Carrollton for over 25 years.

She was a member of the Vo-Ash Chapel near Carrollton and she liked to collect and read cook books.

Surviving are her husband William E. Bonnell whom she married February 9, 1947; daughter, Pamela L.  (William) Grim of Carrollton; three grandchildren; a great granddaughter; a brother, Howard  (Lorna) Anguish of Vo-Ash Lake and a sister-in-law, Oleta Anguish of Lake Milton.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert E. Bonnell on June 24, 1990; brothers and sisters, Dayle, Sherrill, Albert and Hazel Anguish.

Services were held April 30 in Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Rev. John T. Maley officiating. Burial followed in Grandview Cemetery in Scio.. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to Vo-Ash Chapel, 4602 Morningside Dr., Carrollton, 44615.
