Carole Rae Kaminski

Carole Rae Kaminski, 73, of Carrollton passed away unexpectedly Aug. 20, 2011, in her home.

Born July 13, 1938, in Canton, she was a daughter of the late Carl A. and Gerrie Hinkle Tewanger.

She was a member of Carrollton Church of Christ Christian Disciples.  Her hobbies included writing her own short stories, playing piano and perfecting her artistic skills.  She took great pride in going to watch her son play music.  She will be remembered as a devoted Christian.

She is survived by her son, Scott (Wanda) Velain of Carrollton; a daughter, Tracy Couts of Bergholz; eight grandchildren, Nathaniel, Matthew, Nicole, Brooke, Maria, Trisha, Rikki, and Terry; seven great grandchildren and a sister, Bonnie Tewanger of North Canton.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry.

A memorial service will be held Aug. 30 at 1 p.m. in Carrollton Church of Christ Christian Disciples with Rev. Mike Doak officiating.
