Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Sproul

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Sproul, age 92, of Canton passed away peacefully early Monday, Feb. 15, 2010, at the Inn at Belden Village.

Betty was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children, June (Jim) Tawney, Tim (Rhonda) Sproul and Kathy (Richard) Small; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Sluss; a brother, Wade (Ellen) Nimon and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Sproul in 2000.

Graveside services were held Feb. 17 in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Debra J. Speer officiating.   Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
