Gloria L. Sheets

Gloria L. Sheets, age 80, Cadiz, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, at Carriage Inn of Cadiz.

Born April 1, 1931, in Dayton, she was a daughter of the late Levern L. and Florence I. Musick Rehmert.

She was an employee of the former Patton Interiors and a homemaker. She was a member of Cadiz Aerie #2162, F.O.E. Auxiliary and Hopedale American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by two sons, Mark L. Sheets of Kilgore and Eric M. (Michelle) Sheets of Cadiz; and four grandchildren, Chelsea, Lexi, Evan, and McKenzie.

In addition to his parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edsel M. Sheets on Jan. 28, 1980; and a son, Gary L. Engle.

Friends may call Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Friday, Jan. 20 at 11 a.m. with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating.  Burial will follow at Conotton Cemetery.
