Arlis J. Williston

Arlis J. Williston, 77, of Carrollton, passed away Sept. 9, 2011, at Aultman Hospital.

Born April 10, 1934, in Clarksburg, WV, he was a son of the late Frank and Martha (McIntyre) Williston.

Arlis loved fishing with his best friend, David Leach.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly (Eddy) Williston; children, Harry (Buddy) Williston, Jim Williston, Danny Williston, Kristen Williston, Michael Stiner, Elizabeth Williston, Gary Cannon, Mark Cannon, and Ranelle Carson; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 15  from 3-4 p.m. in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home of Carrollton. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. in the funeral home.
