James "Rusty" Bright

Services are pending at Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home in Carrollton for James “Rusty” Bright of Carrollton.

Bright, 77, died Jan. 30 in Florida following a lengthy illness. Calling hours are tentatively set for Thursday and the funeral for Friday at the Carrollton funeral home.
