Audrey Delphine Oberlin

Audrey Delphine Oberlin, age 83, of Carrollton passed away Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, in Carroll Golden Age Retreat.

Born Oct. 29, 1927, in Berlin Center, she was a daughter of the late Leland L. and Esther L. (Keeler) Bardo.

She was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Honorary Red Hatter, Carroll County Historical Society and Eastern Star Chapter #315.  She worked at the former First National Bank for 25 years.

She is survived by one son, Keith (Becky) Oberlin of Malvern; a daughter, Rebecca Ann (Bob) Woodruff of Zephyrhills, FL; one maternal twin sister, Evelyn Oberlin of Damascus; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Jay Oberlin, whom she married Sept. 24, 1947, and who passed away Nov. 9, 2008; a brother, Robert E. Bardo; a sister, Virginia Courtright; and two sons, Raymond Lee Oberlin and an infant son.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. at Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Orphanides officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairmount Memorial Park in Alliance.  Calling hours are Friday, Feb. 25 from 6-9 p.m. with Eastern Star services at 5:45 p.m. in the funeral home.
