Don Wisnie (Wiz)

Don Wisnie (Wiz), age 64, of Carrollton passed away Friday, Jan. 28, 2011.
He was a son of the late Al and Sophie (Sobey) Wisnie and was the former husband of Bonnie Mormile.  He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict from 1967 to 1969.  He retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.  He was a member of Carrollton VFW #3301.

He is survived by several cousins and longtime friends, Jane (Ryan) Miller, Linda (Velardo) Sloan, Norm Ezzie, Bill Pfeil and the late Tom McDonough.
Funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, Jan. 31 at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Carrollton with Father Victor Cinson officiating.  Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery with full military honors by VFW, DAV and American Legion.  Calling hours will be Jan. 30 from 1-5 p.m. at Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home, 304 Second St., Carrollton.
