Richard "Rick" Ramirez

Richard "Rick" Ramirez, 25, of Malvern died unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009.

The son of Ricardo and Karen Ulman Ramirez of Carrollton, Rick was born Feb. 27, 1984, in Alliance.

Rick was a 2002 graduate of Carrollton High School and a member of the Herrington-Bethel United Methodist Church.  He was employed by the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Wintersville.

Along with his parents he is survived by two sisters, Sarah (Seth) Brown of Wooster and Julia Nicole Ramirez of Carrollton; his fiancé, Tiffany Ericksen and her son, Gage, of Malvern; and his grandfather, Canuto Ramirez of Waynesburg.

Funeral services were held Dec. 15 in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home of Carrollton.  Burial  followed in the Harlem Springs Cemetery.
