Donald George Streszoff
Donald George Streszoff, age 72, of Carrollton passed away July 4, 2010, in Mercy Medical Center in Canton.
Born Dec. 31, 1937, in Lakewood, he was the son of George and Lillian Streszoff.
He was a Carroll County Sheriff Deputy and a member of Elks #1924 in Willoughby. He was a past activities chairman of NE District, past Exaulted Ruler, once at Lakewood and once at Willoughby and a past District Deputy Grand Exaulted Ruler PDDGER. He loved fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife, the former Doris Ann Kraus whom he married Nov. 16, 1996; a son, Scott (Donna) Streszoff of Cleveland; a daughter, Connie (David) Lumsden of Strongsville; four stepsons, Kevin Tasich and Paul (Brenda) Tasich, both of Tallmadge and Joe (Lynn) Tasich and George Tasich, both of Cuyahoga Falls; a stepdaughter, Debbie (Joe) Andriette of Waterville; two brothers, Richard (Carolyn) Streszoff of North Carolina and Robert (Sharon DeGraw) Streszoff of New Jersey and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Streszoff.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 9 at 9 p.m. in Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home in Carrollton with Pastor Tim Cashen officiating. Calling hours are Friday, July 9 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the funeral home. |
