Jacqueline Cernava, age 79, of Louisville died Tuesday March 13, 2012, in St. Joseph Care Center of Louisville.
Born April 11, 1932, in Akron, she was a daughter to George and Helen (Hagney) Bline. She was a housewife and member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Morges.
She is survived by four daughters, Pat (Rod) Schneider of Waynesburg, Mary McConnaughy of Minerva, Theresa (James) Hampton of Hamburg, NY, and Helen (Jim) Harrison of Dover; three sons, Frank (Pamela) Cernava Jr. and Michael (Cindy) Cernava, both of Carrollton, and Joseph Cernava of Akron; a brother, Gerald (Rita) Bline of Canal Fulton, 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Cernava Sr. who died in 2001 and several brothers and sisters.
Following cremation, a mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Morges with Fr. David Bline as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
