Beckham (Beck) Callahan

Beckham (Beck) Callahan, Jr., 68, a resident of Carrollton, born Aug. 19, 1943, departed Jan. 14, 2012, while at home with his family.

Beck is survived by his wife, Lareen; daughters, Jeannett Sorrell and Rebecca Callahan; granddaughter, Kiersten Sorrell; sisters, Mary Lou Gravis and PJ Alexander; nieces, Kathy Heidenrich and Mary Jo Kenter; nephew, Joseph Watson and several cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend a military tribute with a celebration of his life to follow Friday, Jan. 20 at 4 p.m. at the VFW, 2291 Chase Rd. SE, Carrollton.
