Eugene Gregor

Eugene Gregor, 80, of East Springfield passed away Thursday afternoon May 20, 2010, in Trinity Medical Center West.

Born June 23, 1929, in Cleveland, he was a son of the late Cyril and Stella Nendzoski Gregor.

He was a member of the Amsterdam VFW, St. Joseph Catholic Church, and the United Mine Workers.

He is survived by his wife, the former Donna Ritchie; one son, Glen (Crystal) Gregor of Granville; two daughters, Sherri (John) Bendle of Amsterdam and Tammy (Brad) Cain of East Springfield; nine grandchildren, Jami Bendle, Brianne (Will) Taylor, Jesse Bendle, Devin (Justin) Richards, Shaylyn Cain, Taylor Cain, Ryan Gregor, Stuart (Christi) Poe, Scott (Shannon) Poch; two great grandchildren, Brady and Tenley Taylor; one brother, Norman Gregor of Amsterdam and one sister, Nancy Ryan of Hilliard.

A private graveside service will be held to honor Eugene at the family's convenience. At the family's request memorial contributions can be made to the East Springfield EMT Squad in Eugene 's name. Arrangements were under the care of Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home.
