Loretta Cassidy

Loretta Cassidy, age 83, of Canton and formerly of Carrollton, died Thursday morning, May 10, 2012, at her home.

She was born March 28, 1929, in Paintsville, KY.

She is survived by two sons, Darrell Cassidy and Dallas Cassidy, both of Canton; a daughter, Deb (Dale) Bachmann of Middlesex, NC; a sister, Bobbi Allen of Knox, IN; and a granddaughter, Alexandra Bachmann.

She was preceded in death June 28, 2004, by her husband, Eugene Cassidy and two brothers, Donald and William.

Funeral services will be held  May 14 at Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home at Carrollton with Rev. Kimberly Arbaugh officiating.  Burial will follow in Harlem Springs Cemetery.   Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until service time.
