Leona E. Adams

Leona E. Adams, age 83, of Malvern, died Tuesday, March 31, 2009, in Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center.

Born Sept. 18, 1925, in Marietta, she was a daughter of Okey and Ada (Scarborough) Burge.

She retired from TRW in Minerva where she worked for over 24 years.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Nancy) Adams of Malvern; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by brothers and sister, Ernest Burge, Dorothy Wagner, and Ralph Burge.

Funeral services held April 4 in Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Larry Burwell, Jr. officiating.  Memorial donations may be made to the Leona Adams Fund at Consumers National Bank
