Donna Lynn Bayer

Donna Lynn Bayer, 64, of Sherrodsville passed away in her home Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009.

Born Oct. 9, 1945, in McKeesport, PA, she was a daughter of William and Elma R. (Deem) Bayer.

She attended Grace Chapel in Minerva and loved cooking, doing crafts, her dog, Mr. T and cats, Peanut and Casper.

She is survived by a daughter, Oneita and a son, Eric Kashdan, of Minerva; a niece Tracy (Arnie) Fulton and children of Mechanicstown; seven grandchildren and her ex-husband, Harold M. Shurtz.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Thomas Bayer.

At the request of the family, Donna has been cremated.  No services are planned at this time.  Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
