Thelma Mae Borland

Thelma Mae Borland, age 84, of Carrollton passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, in Aultman Hospital.

Born May 31, 1925, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond I. and Nellie V. (Gotshall) Davis. 

She retired from TRW in Minerva after 20 years of service.  She was a member of Wesley Community Chapel in Carrollton.

She is survived by two sons, Allan L. Borland of Mooresville, NC, and Mark E. Borland of Lowell, FL; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Gary L. in 1968 and Dennis J. Borland in 2009; a daughter, Janet M. Hissner in 1989 and a sister, Doris J. Davis in 1930.

At Thelma's request a graveside service was held Dec. 3 at Perrysville Cemetery with Rev. Gordon Warner officiating.  Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
