Gladys Pasiuk Rand

Gladys Pasiuk Rand, 97 of Carrollton, formerly of Bergholz, passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, in Carroll Golden Age Retreat.

Born Oct. 4, 1915, in Columbus, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Hazel Hone Mount.

She was a member of Carrollton Assembly of God.

She is survived by two sons, John (Linda) Pasiuk of Amsterdam and Dave (Sandra) Pasiuk of Carrollton; a daughter, Nancy Scopel of Bergholz; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; and two sisters, Ruth Piotrowski and Faye Armstrong.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Pasiuk, and her second husband, Gene; a daughter, Gloria Scopel; five brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home of Amsterdam. Entombment will follow in Ft. Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 p.m. in the funeral home.
