David Dale Workman II

David Dale Workman II, age 33, of Public Square, Carrollton died in his home Monday, Aug. 3, 2009.

Born Sept. 2, 1975, in Cleveland, he was the son of David and Mary Ann (Pate) Workman, Sr.

He was an employee of Heritage Plastic Company of Carrollton.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Heather Workman of Cleveland and an aunt, Beverly Stimburys of Cleveland.

A memorial service in David's honor was held Aug. 7 in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home of Carrollton.
