Edna Mae Dilley
Edna Mae Dilley, age 99, of Magnolia, passed away Friday evening, Jan. 14, 2011, in Hennis Care Centre in Bolivar.
Born in Mineral City, she was a daughter of the late Marion and Eva Parks
Fulk and had been a Magnolia resident since 1991.
She was a 1930 graduate of Mineral City High School, and a member of Orange Rebekah Lodge in
Dellroy, Magnolia A.A.R.P., Mineral City Senior Center and an over 75-year member of New Cumberland United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Norma and Joseph Frascone, of Magnolia; her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Marilyn Dilley, of Somerdale; five grandchildren, Terri Wanner and her husband Dan, Tami Williamson and her husband Greg, Michael Dilley and his wife Jen, Trina Watts and her husband Steve, and Todd Frascone and his wife Anna; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Earl Dilley, on Feb. 8, 2002, and a great-grandson,
Joseph Watts, on Apr. 4, 2007.
Services will be conducted Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 11 a.m. in New Cumberland United Methodist Church with Pastor Ted Knapp officiating. Interment will be in New Cumberland Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. in Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia and Tuesday one hour before the service, from 10-11 a.m. in the church.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hennis Care Centre in Bolivar for the love and care they gave to Edna during her stay there.
