Anita M. DiMario

Anita M. DiMario, 59, of Carrollton died late Sunday night, Nov. 22, 2009, in Canton following an extended illness. 

Born April 7, 1950, in Canton, she was a daughter of the late John and Yvonne Graham DiMario.

She was a member of Carrollton Eagles and Carrollton VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Charles "Tom" Johnson, Jr. whom she married Dec. 8, 1971; a daughter, Christine (Richard) Boyd of Amsterdam; a son, Donald Alazaus of Harlem Springs; five grandchildren, Shawn and Andrew Boyd, Brandon, Bronson and Sarah Alazaus; five brothers, John "Skip", Tony, Jim, Tim, and Joe; two sisters, Loretta and Polly; stepfather, Glenn D. Guess and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 11 a.m. in Sweeney-Dodd Funeral Home of Carrollton.  Burial will follow in Harlem Springs Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service.
